This week in the mail I received my homemade Christmas gift from my partner. I’m pretty excited to add this to our collection of Christmas decorations…
The last thing I wanted to share was a homemade Christmas ornament that Caleb made and gave to me before he left…
He is getting pretty great at this crafty stuff. I can’t wait to show off the Christmas gifts he made for our brothers this year!

We added a lot of ornaments to our tree this year some homemade and some that are super special.
My favorites. Continuing the Moulton tradition with Bronners. I wonder who will break theirs first?
Did you know that my husband works really hard and makes people’s dreams come true?
He is pretty amazing like that.
Congratulations Caleb, so very proud!
This seems to do the trick…
Plus Caleb found a website that will repeat the same video, so no more waking up in the middle of the night to restart something.
My trouble of sleeping while Caleb is away is becoming less and less.

Monday: Caleb left for tour. We meet in 3 weeks in Nashville for Thanksgiving and then again at home on December 15th for our Christmas before heading back to Nashville & Michigan.
Today: Kohls broke my heart with this news.
Tomorrow: I get to meet a K9 that detects for bed bugs. I have to let him in all of our units. Oh the perks of being the building manager.
Is it Friday yet?
To a mailbox near you. (not too soon but soon enough, we had to finish them before Caleb left)
However we have already received our first holiday card…
thanks Jacob!

Even in a new season it’s still the best spot in Seattle.

So not really but we decided to change it. Tonight consisted of The Great Pumpkin, Halloweenies (pigs in a blanket), witches brew (punch), candy and making a haunted gingerbread house.
Tomorrow the Halloween decorations come down and we start on Christmas, again.
Why?
Because nothing about this year is “normal” or how it’s been in the past and because we can.
Caleb leaves on Monday and we plan to have the Christmas cards done and spend our last days & hours watching Christmas movies and listening to Christmas music.
Let the holiday season begin!

With Caleb leaving next week and the holidays come up it’s no surprise that I miss my people like crazy. However tonight Caleb attempted to make something from home, Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets! We found the recipe on Pinterest.
Feedback: Well…. they were very good for chicken nuggets but they were no Chick-fil-a.
24 days until I get to eat at Chick-fil-a, Zaxby’s, Sweet 16th, Pizza Perfect, see family, go shopping & bring back Christmas! 24!
