Tonight is my office Christmas party I will be rocking the awesome bracelet that my sister Emma made.
It’s pretty fantastic just like her. Thanks Em!
This week in the mail I received my homemade Christmas gift from my partner. I’m pretty excited to add this to our collection of Christmas decorations…
The last thing I wanted to share was a homemade Christmas ornament that Caleb made and gave to me before he left…
He is getting pretty great at this crafty stuff. I can’t wait to show off the Christmas gifts he made for our brothers this year!
I took my last final, flew to Seattle alone and had my job interview.
Still pretty proud and feeling very lucky.
I celebrated by going to lunch with Lindsey (the gal that interviewed me).
December 8th is a great day in my book.

Finished. The apartment is completed decorated and I managed to make everything I wanted for the place.
Now all that’s left is gingerbread house, cookies, fabric wrapping, and one last knitting project! Oh and 2 pajama shorts. I’m pretty nervous about those. Plus everything that goes along with traveling for 18 days.
Less than 2 weeks to go while working 50+ hours. Piece of cake.
I love starting new traditions and if this one lasts its bound to be one of my favorites.
Code word: tablecloth.

We added a lot of ornaments to our tree this year some homemade and some that are super special.
My favorites. Continuing the Moulton tradition with Bronners. I wonder who will break theirs first?
I could have a pity party and bore you with all the details of my meltdown after getting my Christmas tree last night but I shall spare you. After all feeling sorry for yourself is a slippery slope, so I sucked it up and made do.
It’s certainly not perfect, the book under the stand that makes it look straight is an obvious clue of that, however I did it.
After 23 years I have the tree that I always wanted growing up, small white lights with big colored lights!
And yes it is in our bedroom. Since I’m a NYC freak I put it up while watching the tree lighting. Maybe since we will never be home for Thanksgiving this could be our day to put up the tree from now on. Someone remind me of that next year.
