Baked Chicken

I worked from home today, one of the many perks of my job and I attempted to bake this five pound bird.

I collected about 6 cups of chicken. That’s about all I could get off without throwing up. How many cups is in a pound again?
After that I made and canned 26 cups of broth/ stock.

I have to admit it was a pleasant way to spend my day.
