Christmas Loophole

My family is pretty strict on Christmas rules. We do not watch Christmas movies or listen to Christmas music until AFTER Thanksgiving, no expectations, it’s the law. However I have recently discovered a loophole to this law: Parties may partake in Christmas movie watching and Christmas music listening, if and if Christmas presents are being crafted. After a little bit of convincing this loophole was put into effect.

Disclaimer this loophole in no way hinders our love for fall, Halloween or Thanksgiving. Parties are still very much participating in fall craft making, apple picking, scary movie watching, pumpkin carving, giving thanks and eating way too much. This loophole simply allows parties to expand the wonder season of Christmas and enjoy it a little bit longer.

I dont remember being asked about this extension to the rules. If memory severs me a three fourths majority must be in agreement for any such amendment to become law.
