Needless to say, I had a lot of free time on my hands today. Before the rain hit this weekend, I got all the ingredients to make granola. I’m not a big breakfast person and I sleep until the very last second, so anything I can take on the go is awesome. (I can even pack it in my snack bags.)

I got the recipe from Oragnette. I basically followed the recipe exactly, except I split everything because it makes 10 cups and I wanted to make sure that we liked it first. I also halved the amount of sesame seeds with flax seeds.

It smells heavenly while baking and it’s absolutely delicious!

Next I wanna make Organette’s French Chocolate Granola– how could it not be amazing?

Teresa at work made some granola and it was delicious, I wonder if it is the same recipe?

maybe… you can basically use anything for the dry ingredients, its the wet ingredients that change

I know one thing she used was the maple syrup I brought her from Vermont.
